In the heart of one of the highest half-timbered houses in Alsace, called ” Le Gratte-Ciel “, the Jung family proposes the sale of its Alsace wines.
Welcomed by Dominique and Olivier, each in his own store, you will have the opportunity to meet the couple of winemakers, taste their wines and buy their good bottles; all in a magnificent typically Alsatian setting.
Olivier welcomes you in his cellar, surrounded by oak barrels, you will only need a few moments to understand the passion that drives the winemaker for his job. And leave with bottles of Alsace wines from his production to complete your wine cellar.
Dominique will welcome you in her wine bar, also called “Au Tonneau”, where you can discover small barrels transformed into chairs, tables and a real counter!
You would like to taste the wines of the Domaine Jung Gustave & fils with a good meal? If you are visiting Alsace, we advise you to go to the Restaurant La Diligence located in Riquewihr, near the sales points and in the heart of the village. The restaurant is run by Camille JUNG, the daughter of Dominique and Olivier. In addition to tasting good traditional Alsatian dishes, Camille will be able to advise you on the Alsace wine from Domaine Jung that will accompany your menu to perfection. The Jung family invites you to discover their profession and offers you a wine tour with Dominique, in Riquewihr. On the program: a visit to our vineyard to learn more about the work of the vine and our terroirs; followed by a commented tasting at the estate according to your tasting preferences. The perfect opportunity to learn more about the winemaking profession and the philosophy that has driven and fascinated the family for generations. These private visits are by reservation only.
