For 4 generations, the Estate has been producing Alsace wines. Independent winegrowers, it is today Olivier and his wife Dominique who manage the domain and produce between 40’000 and 50’000 bottles per year. A measured production with low yields, in order to create high quality Alsace wines, with the pure expression of each of our terroirs and to offer you exceptional wines, representative of our terroirs and of the 7 Alsatian grape varieties.
The 10.24 hectares of vines are spread over 64 parcels, located between Riquewihr, Zellenberg and Beblenheim. A magnificent mosaic of terroirs, allowing us to make a parcel-by-parcel vinification and thus always bring out the purest expression of each terroir. Since 2006, the estate has doubled its production, going from 5 to 10.24 hectares. This has led to the acquisition of new plots and numerous investments in machinery.
The estate works with vines of all ages, the youngest is now 3 years old, while the oldest is over 91 years old! For an average age of 40 years for the whole family vineyard. Another guarantee of quality and authenticity.

Always with this desire for excellence, the Jung estate, concerned about the environment and its impact, is very involved in promoting biodiversity in its vines. It is through a reasoned fight, meticulous tillage and a constant eco-responsible approach, that the Jung Family is committed in 2021 to the conversion to organic farming of the whole of the domain. 3 years of conversion are necessary to obtain the long-awaited “organic farming” label.
