Practically disappeared from the Alsatian vineyard, we are one of the few winemakers to offer a 100% Chasselas cuvée.
Chasselas is a perfect aperitif wine.
It also goes well with a country-style buffet, seafood or even a or a winegrower’s pie with 3 meats.
