This Pinot Noir is a unique wine. Harvested at the same time as our Late Harvest, it is a naturally sweet red.

Coming from the sunny vintage of 2018, its richness matches the heat of the year.
We called it “L’Interdit” (The Forbidden), because it’s done as a Late Harvest, but cannot have the mention as its not part of the noble grapes varieties from Alsace
