Often resulting from the blending of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois, our cuvée is made from 100% Pinot Blanc. We keep his cousin for our cuvée 100% Auxerrois that you can also find on our store.
ORGANIC WINE
The wines from the 2024 vintage are produced using organic farming methods, certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01.
Its perfect balance between acidity and fruitiness allows it to adapt with great ease to every small daily dish. Cold buffet, quiche or pie, it also enhances your fish.
