This cuvée “Z de Gnuj” is the little sister and the opposite of Olivier’s first creation, named “X de Jung”.
With a nice vivacity and notes of grapefruit, this wine offers a finish on beautiful bitters.
The octopus is the emblem of this cuvée, its label was created by the artist and friend of the Domaine #JeanLinnhoff. 2016 will have been its first vintage and is elaborated every year since.

ORGANIC WINE
The wines from the 2024 vintage are produced using organic farming methods, certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01.
Its acidulous structure is a perfect alliance with shellfish, seafood and fish. Let yourself be tempted by a dish based on octopus, symbol of this cuvée.
This cuvée is ideal to accompany all iodized products from the sea.
It will also accompany a 3 meat pie.
