Almost disappeared from the Alsatian vineyard, we are one of the few winemakers to offer a 100% Chasselas vintage.
Occasionally, it will be found in the blend of Edelzwicker, but it remains little present today in Alsace.
Its nose is delicately fruity with yellow fruits like apricot and white flowers.
On the palate, this dry wine of a beautiful lightness offers a nice vivacity in the finish. The freshness dominates a greedy palate, with notes of citrus and dried fruits. Discover also this grape variety sublimated by a barrel aging with our cuvée L’O de Nous.
It goes well with simple dishes such as quiche, pie, or a country buffet.
