For the mention “Sélection de Grains Nobles” (“Selection of Noble Grapes”) we harvest our grapes in over-ripeness, with an extraordinary concentration of sugar, amplified by the Botrytis.
Here, the Botrytis is qualified as noble rot, which gives its name to the mention, and which offers a unique character to each wine.
The identity of the grape variety is more discreet in order to leave room for the expression of Botrytis and the infinite richness of the grape and the wine.
The length of this wine is remarkable. The aromas of Botrytis, candied yellow fruits and honey dominate the nose and the mouth.
Liquorous wine, only available in bottle of 50cl, only few bottles are available for this Selection of Noble Grains.
It is distinguished by an intense mellowness with notes of citrus and candied yellow fruits counterbalanced by a final acidity for a perfect balance.
