We appreciate this grape variety for its thirst-quenching, fresh and floral side, always with a beautiful lightness and a great tension on the finish
Still less present in Alsace, Sylvaner was one of the most planted grape varieties in Alsace a few decades ago. Today, we can only find old vines of this grape variety. Not being part of the so-called “noble Alsatian” grape varieties, it has been neglected by many winegrowers.
In the Jung family, however, we still love it.

The wines from the 2024 vintage are produced using organic farming methods, certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01.
This Sylvaner can be enjoyed with seafood and shellfish, cold starters, cold buffet or snails.
A thirst-quenching wine because of its freshness and lightness, it is a beautiful aperitif wine.
